Meet Jennifer McLane
Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner
PMHNP-BC, FNP-C
I created Haven to provide a calm, supportive space where individuals feel heard, understood, and genuinely cared for. My approach combines thoughtful medication management with a whole person perspective, helping patients move toward stability, clarity, and lasting wellness.
I am a board certified psychiatric nurse practitioner providing individualized care for adults navigating anxiety, depression, and life transitions. My work integrates medication management with supportive therapy, creating a more comprehensive and personalized treatment experience. My background also includes board certification as a family nurse practitioner, allowing me to approach care from a broader, whole person perspective and supporting a deeper understanding of how physical and mental health are connected.
I believe mental health care should feel collaborative, not rushed or impersonal. My goal is to create an environment where you feel comfortable being open, supported without judgment, and actively involved in your care. Together, we work to better understand patterns, identify contributing factors, and develop a plan that feels realistic and aligned with your goals.
Whole Person Care
Mental health does not exist in isolation. Care at Haven considers the connection between emotional wellness, physical health, and the demands of daily life, creating a more thoughtful and personalized treatment experience.
Thoughtful care
Mental health treatment doesn’t need to feel overwhelming. My goal is to provide clear guidance, honest conversations, and a treatment plan that feels manageable and aligned with your life.
Real, Lasting Change
True progress comes from consistency, insight, and feeling supported along the way. Together, we focus on building stability, confidence, and long-term wellness.
